All classes can be accomplished on site or local setting if desired.
The onsite operational services include Identifying processes, process mapping and process improvement through the use of Six Sigma techniques. Identifying local requirements for ISO qualification/certification. Assistance in review and correction of solicitations for Federal Government contracts. Site audits to identify areas for improvement.
